Every LVP, LVT, and sheet vinyl product we install is 100% waterproof - not water-resistant. That matters in a coastal climate where afternoon downpours, AC condensation, and the occasional storm threat are just part of living in The Space Coast.
LVP is fully waterproof; laminate is not and can swell if it takes on moisture. LVP also feels softer and quieter underfoot. In a humid climate like ours, LVP is almost always the better call outside of a strictly dry room.
Often, yes. If your grout lines aren't too deep and the tile is firmly bonded to the slab, we can install right over it. We'll check during your in-home estimate and skim-coat first if the surface needs leveling.
Quality LVP with a UV-stable wear layer holds its color for decades, even behind west-facing glass. Bargain builder-grade vinyl is where fading shows up first, which is one reason we don't sell it.
